Charles Edward Brooks, age 71, of Light Plant Drive, died at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital on Sunday November 12, 2017. He was born in St. Johnsbury, VT, April 24, 1946, and was a Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran. There will be no calling hours and Burial will be private at the North Kirby Cemetery.
