Diane Duquette

Diane Irene Duquette, 59, of Beach Drive in Concord, VT, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH.

Diane was born in St. Johnsbury, VT, on July 15, 1959, to Robert Duquette and Shirley (Nutter) Belmore. She was raised in Waterford and educated in local schools, graduating from St. Johnsbury Academy, Class of 1977.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Community College of Vermont.  Diane worked as a teacher and instructor at Easter Seals in Lancaster, NH for many years.

A lover of animals, Diane enjoyed bird watching as well as watching other wildlife especially bear, deer, and moose on her walks around the lake.  She liked sewing, embroidery, and art.  Diane was very intelligent and enjoyed learning and taking courses at Northern Vermont University at Lyndon and Community College of Vermont. She had a big heart demonstrated by her love of helping others. Diane was a member of New Beginnings Christian Church in St. Johnsbury, VT.

Survivors include her mother, Shirley Belmore of Waterford, VT, and her son, Errol Cady of Littleton, NH.

A Graveside service officiated by Pastor Rick Menard will be held Monday, July 15, 2019, at 11AM, at Riverside Cemetery in Waterford, VT.
