Donald E. Morin, 80, passed away on November 3, 2020 at his home in North Concord. He was born in St. Johnsbury, September 24, 1940, son to the late Leo and Susan (Shaw) Morin. Burial will take place at the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va. Sayles Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
