Eula Bergeron

November 21, 1922 — June 8, 2015

Eula H. Bergeron, 92, of Bluebird Lane in Lyndonville, passed away Monday afternoon, June 8, 2015 at The Pines in Lyndon surrounded by all her family.
She was born in Newport, Vermont on November 21, 1922, the daughter of Moses D. and Etta Maria (Holden) Hart. She was a graduate of Newport High School. On Oct. 17, 1943, she and Armand Bergeron were married at St. Mary's Church in Newport. He passed away June 28, 2007 after 64 years of marriage. She was also predeceased by a grandson Kirk Biancardi.
The Bergerons spent their winters in Haines City, Florida, making their home at Lake Region Village where they made many wonderful friends. Whether doing needlepoint, braiding and hooking rugs, crocheting, or embroidering, Eula was very proficient in her handwork. She had worked at the old Plaid Stamp store and the former W.T. Grant store on Railroad St, and for the US Census Bureau.
She is survived by daughter Ginny Randall and husband Glen of St. Johnsbury, son Michael Bergeron and wife Kathryn of Lyndonville; four grandchildren: Lorrie Ann Harde and husband Michael of Englewood, Florida, Catherine LaBounty and husband Ray of St. Johnsbury, Amanda McFarland and husband Jason of Waterford , Adam Bergeron and wife Robin of Lyndonville; Glen's three sons Tim Randall and Chris of Sheffield, Todd Randall and wife Stacey of Danville, Troy Randall and wife Teresa of Wheelock; Ray's three children: Ray III, Richard, and Ross LaBounty; six great-grandchildren: Kyle and Kevin Biancardi; Kaeleigh, Jake, and Kelsea Demers; and Maddox McFarland; one great-great-grandchild Glendon Kirk Biacardi; nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by her brother Dwayne Hart and a sister Leona Souther.
Visiting hours will be held at the Guibord Funeral Home this Thursday evening, June 11, from 6-8 p.m. The family will observe their committal services privately at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport.
Eula received wonderful care during her eight month stay at The Pines Rehab and Health Center. Memorial contributions, marked for the 'Employee Benefit Fund' and payable to 'The Pines', could be sent to 601 Red Village Rd., Lyndonville VT 05851.
