Flora Savoy

   Belmont, NH: Flora “Goodwin” Savoy, age 59, of Laconia Road in Belmont, NH, passed at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, December 16, 2023, after an unexpected decline.

            Flora was born in Plymouth, NH On August 22, 1964, daughter to the late Raymond and Ann Goodwin.  She grew up in Haverhill, NH; her mother died when she was still young. Flora worked as a truck driver for the State of VT for a brief time and she also lived in Arizona working on a horse farm which she loved very much.  She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, racing at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, VT, spending time with friends, art and painting, antique shopping, spending time outdoors and her special cat, Loki. Flora was a spiritual woman and anyone that knows her knows she always loved life and eased through being a free spirt. She will be deeply missed.

            She is survived by her partner of 7 years: Steven Fereshetian, of Belmont, her sons: Bryan Haldeman (Rachel) of Danville, VT, Dustin Jackson (Lindsy) of Bethlehem, NH, Steven’s 2 children: Jeanine and Steven both of NH, a sister Virginia Sulivan of Woodsville, NH. 3 grandchildren: Baylee Haldeman, Charlotte Jackson and another Haldeman on the way, as well as several nieces and nephews.

            She was predeceased by her father: Raymond Goodwin, her mother Ann “Shallow” Goodwin, and 2 brothers: Roland and Aaron Goodwin.
