Joanne Allard

Joanne H. Allard, age 75, of Sheffield, VT, passed away at the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital on October 4, 2015 with her children at her side. She was born on February 2, 1940 and raised in Sheffield. She loved to walk, and it didn't matter where to. She loved to do her word search puzzles, go shopping and never missed her NASCAR races.
She is survived by a sister: Sandra Chelsey and her husband, Wendell, of Sheffield, her daughters: Jackie Bandy and her husband, Francis, of Sheffield, Cindy Larocque of St. Johnsbury, Debbie Ratta and her husband, Don, of Sheffield, Tnika Rowe of Sheffield, her sons: Bruce Rowe of St. Johnsbury, Glenn Rowe of Sheffield, Tye Rowe and his wife, Holly, of St. Johnsbury, Richard Rowe, 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren with one on the way.
She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law: Shiela Rowe and by her parents: Burton Andrew and Hilda Mae(Alger) Allard.
A Celebration of Joanne's life will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at the Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer Street in St. Johnsbury. Burial will follow at the William Dexter Cemetery in Sheffield.
