John A. Chebuske

John A. Chebuske, age 93, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, with his family by his side.  He served God and country as a member of the United States Airforce.  He is survived by his wife of 68 years Helen, two sons John and David, a daughter Nancy, and their families.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 30, 2022, 11AM at St. John the Evangelist Church on Winter Street in St. Johnsbury, VT.  Burial will immediately follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Street in St. Johnsbury. Friends and family may call on the family on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, 3-6PM at Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer Street in St. Johnsbury, VT.  An additional visiting hour will be held on Thursday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at Sayles Funeral Home. 

Memorial donations can be made in John’s name to the Veterans Association of America, P.O. Box 309 Audubon Station, New York, New York 10032-0309.
