Joyce V. Allen, 84, of Hospital Drive, passed away at the NVRH in St. Johnsbury, VT, Friday, September 25, 2015 following a brief period of failing health.
She was born in Lyndonville, VT, July 3, 1931, daughter to the late Arthur and Grace (Davis) Kennedy. She has been a resident of the area all her life. At her request she requested no public services. A private burial will take place at the Lyndon Center Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
The Sayles Funeral home is respectfully handling arrangements.
