Judith E. Girouard

Judith E. Girouard, 68, of McIndoe Falls passed away at NVRH on Sunday, June 5, 2022.

Judy was born on December 22, 1953 to Ernest and Dorothy (LeBlanc) Girouard.  She married Richard “Doc” Bailey in 2009; they were together until his death in 2017.

She attended beautician school in West Lebanon, NH and worked as a hair stylist for several years. Her favorite career path was as a bartender at the VFW in Woodsville because she loved being able to spend time with people.

In addition to her husband, Judy is predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her sons and their wives: Denis and Audra Girouard of North Concord, VT; and Nick and Kimberlee Girouard of Fort Worth, TX; five grandchildren: Katie, Lauren, Ethan, Miles and  Brianna; and her three siblings: George, Jim and Linda.

Private services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Shelter, 4473 Barton-Orleans Road, Orleans, VT  05860.
