Linette Stetson

McIndoe Falls, VT: Linette Ann Stetson, 56, of Rt. 5, died at her home in Mc Indoe Falls, VT, on Saturday, August 1, 2026, following complication in a long decline in health.

Linette was born in Torrington, CT, on May 8, 1970, daughter to the late Donald Francis, Sr., and June Faye (Bickford) Stetson. She was raised and educated in the Barton & Glover area and has lived her adult life in the Kingdom. Linette loved butterflies, doing puzzles and enjoyed making candles, having worked at Yankee Candle at one point. She was a very happy person who loved life, being around people and visiting with family and friends. Her grandkids meant the world to her.

She is survived by her longtime boyfriend: Bob Nolan of McIndoe Falls, her 2 sons: Andrew Blanchard (Jessica) of Lyndonville, Scott Sherman of Barre, 10 siblings: Donald Stetson, Jr., of CT, Arnold Burclaff, Jr. (Benita Pray) of Barton, Vanessa Boutin of CT, Roland Bickford of Barton, Calvin Burclaff, Jr. (Traci) of SC, Leon Riley (Charlene) of MA, Cynthia Bogie (John) of McIndoe Falls, Rebecca Raffi (Christopher) of MA, Doris Warner (Jeff) of NH and Sue Younglove of ME; 4 grandchildren: Camden Blanchard, Lukas Sherman, Marshall and Felicia Sylvester; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sisters: Nioka Stetson and Pamela Burclaff.
