A funeral/graveside service will be held for Rick Schwag at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in St. Johnsbury, Vermont at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20. Rick was a great friend and did a lot of good work helping people.
He was 70 years old and still youthful. He loved Vermont and built his own home and loved his garden and pond in Lyndonville. He was an independent thinker and did a lot of work to help the people of Cuba and his many friends. He was a writer and artist and builder and loved life and had a very good sense of humor. Rick was a great traveler and made his way to India and Cambodia and beyond.
Rick had four sisters and friends in Vermont, Cuba and around the world.
