Ronald Briggs

Ronald Leslie Briggs passed away peacefully on May 29, 2015, at the age of 58. He was surrounded by his loved ones in Virginia after battling a rare form of cancer that took him away from us way too soon.
Ron was born in Concord, Vermont, son of Dale and Nancy Briggs. He attended Concord High School and after graduating, he enlisted in the Armed Forces. He was honorably discharged after completing his required tour of active duty. He then went on to own his own business for many years and eventually went back into the private workforce. He loved hunting, skiing, riding on snow machines, four wheelers, and to go fishing on his boat with family and friends.
Ron is preceded in death by his mother Nancy and son Joshua. He leaves behind to mourn his spouse Rodney Milburn whom he met in 1990, his father Dale Briggs, sister Deborah Fullerton and her husband David, grandson Zachary Donald Briggs of Maine, whom was his pride and joy, granddaughter Camdyn, former brother in law Mark Johnson and his wife Darlene whom he maintained a close relationship with until his time of passing, nephew Mark and his wife Dana, and nieces Christa, Elizabeth and her husband Nick, Destiny, and great nieces Amelia and Sophia.
Family will receive friends at Sayles Funeral Home, 525 Summer Street, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819, with visitation on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 12:00-2:00. Committal will follow at Glenwood Cemetery, West Main, Littleton, NH 03561. Condolences may be sent to 6208 Stonehunt Place Clifton, VA 20124.
