Rosamond Elsie Mary Phillips of St. Johnsbury passed away at The Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital Saturday night, May 30, 2015 at the age of 87.
She was born in St. Johnsbury on August 7, 1927, the daughter of Hollis and Norma Belle Tillotson Phillips.
She was predeceased by her brother Hollis.
Graveside services are scheduled for Friday at 2 p.m. June 5, 2015 at the Grove Cemetery in East St. Johnsbury. Anyone wishing to attend is welcome.
