Shawn Goss

Shawn Joel Goss, 49, of Concord, VT, passed away unexpectedly on June 5, 2026.

Shawn was born on August 20, 1976, in St. Johnsbury to Donna Goss. He was raised in Barnet, briefly attended St. Johnsbury Academy, and lived his entire life in the area. He worked as a truck driver for Chief Bogie and operated his own mini excavating business, S&J Mini Diggers.

Shawn will be remembered as a man who enjoyed a simple life outdoors. He enjoyed truck pulling, hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling. Shawn loved his family and spending time with them, especially, above all else, his grandkids.

Shawn is survived by his daughter Emma Therrien, her husband J.T., and their children Jonny & Avery Therrien; parents Donna & William Colebank; grandmother Wilma Goss; and his re-united love, Shylynn Goss. He was predeceased by his brother Jeffrey Goss and grandfather Lester Goss.

A celebration of Shawn’s life will be held at a later date.
