Susan Rowe

West Burke, VT: Susan Agnes Rowe, age 80, of W. Burke, VT, passed away on February 12, 2026, at the St. Johnsbury Health & Rehab in St. Johnsbury.

Susan was born in Wilmington, DE, on July 15, 1945, daughter to the late Charlie Musgrave, Jr. and Marguerite (Woerner) Allmond. Sue was raised and educated in Wilmington graduating there from Mt. Pleasant High School in the Class of 1963. She married Paul Richard Rowe on September 1, 1971. They lived in Delaware until the year 2000, when she had been working at Burke Mountain as an accountant and fell in love with the area. Throughout her life, Susan was an accountant and was the Comptroller for the State of Delaware for 18 years. Susan enjoyed reading and had an extensive library at one time. While in Burke she was involved in the community and also became a Lister.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Paul R. Rowe of W. Burke. She is predeceased by her sisters: Jean John and Margaret Johnson.

Burial will take place in the future at the Meetinghouse Cemetery in Burke Hollow. There will be no calling hours or services at this time.
