Vivian Fox

Vivan S. (Davis) Fox, 85, passed away on May 31, 2025, at The Pines Health and Rehabilitation after a long illness.

Vivian was born on January 6, 1940, in Concord, VT to Arthur and Rebecca (Timson) Davis. She graduated from Concord High School before beginning a career with the United States Postal Service in East Burke and Lyndonville. She married Wayne H. Fox in 1965, sharing many happy years together before his passing on May 6, 2024. In her later years, Vivian loved working on puzzles and quilting and had a great love of horses. Her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Vivian is survived by her daughters Jayne (Van-George) Belanger of Danville, Denise (Timothy) Knight of Rockingham, and Lisa (Lauren) Grader-Fox of West Burke, as well as her nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Rebecca Davis, husband Wayne Fox, son Gary Fox, siblings Eugene Davis and Irene Morse, special sister-in-law Sheila Davis, and great-grandson Noah Leithead.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on June 9, 2025, at Lyndon Center Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
